Refund policy
Returns
To be eligible for a return, it must be no more than 90 days since your purchase, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To begin a return, please contact naturestore@dingdarlingsociety.org as soon as possible to authorize return.
We do not refund sale items or gift cards. Perishable goods may only be refunded if spoiled or defective.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We gladly replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the incorrect size.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance in case of lost shipment.
